Sadly.

Out of business (bankrupt) after 20 years.

The building at 16 Bassett Street is closed and now for rent. We have many great memories of business in Providence, both on Thayer Street and for the past 3 years in the Jewelry District. Unfortunately, the business just wasn't there anymore, and the company was losing too much money every month to survive.

Our closing may be a surprise to those of you not on our mailing list (we announced it several times to everyone on email). It may also be a surprise to non-regular customers (if you haven't shopped here for months, you might not know). Sorry about that.

For us at Beads of Providence, it's "Lights out."
