Class Policy

Classes are limited in size, and the class rosters are kept at the store's front desk, so you need to call for a reservation. Please do not email your reservation because we need to check the masterbook in the store before admitting you to a class. Therefore, please visit the shop to reserve your class or call us at 401-861-4540.

      ALL CLASSES MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED AND PRE-PAID

• Advanced registration and full deposit are required for any class.
• Space is limited and reservations will not be held without payment in full.
• Anyone 14 years of age or older may register for a class.
• No refunds or transfers for no-shows or for cancellations made less than 3 days in advance of your class.
• We reserve the right to cancel any class, in which case we will issue full refunds.
• Use of tools is included.
• We reserve the right to substitute comparable beads and components in class project kits based on availability of materials.

Payment Options: We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Location: Unless otherwise noted in the class description, all classes are held inside our store at 16 Bassett Street.

Returns Policy

We have a No Returns policy. We will honor an exchange within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt.
